Tyler Burgoon Commercial Real Estate Ann Arbor

Tyler Burgoon

Broker/Operations Director

Tyler Burgoon oversees the operation and management of all JP Commercial brokerage activity and properties. Tyler is the man on the ground, easily accessible and always available to coordinate communication between tenants, owners and tradespeople to get the job done.

His passion for people and commitment to client service is apparent the first time you speak with him. Tyler thrives in a fast-paced environment and commands creative problem solving skills that allow him to tackle all commercial property management and administrative concerns that arise.

Tyler is also the point person for property leasing, investments and expense management. He leads project development and investment analysis to maximize the effectiveness of all commercial real estate transactions.

A 2010 University of Michigan-Ann Arbor graduate, Tyler donned the maize and blue as a decorated pitcher for the varsity baseball team. Following graduation, he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners, and actively continued his baseball career through 2013.

Todd Gensheimer

Todd Gensheimer

President/Founder

Todd is a 25-year commercial real estate veteran responsible for setting the strategic direction of JP Commercial.

His work spans ownership, development, and real estate investments in Colorado, Florida and Michigan where, in 2012, he initiated a plan to expand the real estate market in the state. JP Commercial is the brainchild of that effort, and Ann Arbor a deliberate location choice to jumpstart the initiative.

Prior to JP Commercial, Todd worked as the president and cofounder of business development consultancy JP Sales Company, where he still serves as a strategic advisor.

Todd is a graduate of Michigan State University. He, his wife, Stephanie, and their two children call Ann Arbor home.

Karen Flynn

Office Director/Finance

Karen Flynn is a newer addition to our staff at JP Commercial, she facilitates all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, tenant rent rolls, property management invoices, tax preparation, and payroll.

Karen’s excellent communication, organization, and management skills, along with her attention to detail ensure that our clients will receive great service. A woman of many talents, Karen keeps our office on track and charging ahead.

Karen comes to us with 20 plus years of banking experience, is a life-long Ann Arbor resident, and has enjoyed raising two successful children.
